Week 1
October 10th to October 15th:
Lucius awakens in the world of Pokémon. He spends much of the first day simply sitting on the stoop of Mom’s House, talking to people on the network and picking-up what information he can about the situation he’s found himself in. After discovering that another person has come into the world at a similar time he gathers up his Falinks and rushes off in the hopes of travelling together with them. Some time after starting on Route 29, though, he is approached by a Corvisquire bearing an invitation to the Halloween Festivities and ends up following an animal path he thought to be the way to the venue. This results in him diverting from the correct path rather severely, and he and Falinks would end up having to spend a considerable amount of time wandering the woods as a result.

Week 2
October 16th to October 22nd:
Having gotten himself hopelessly lost the entirety of the week would be spent going around in circles, fighting against wild Pokémon, and trying to back-trace his steps to find the main road again. Near the end of the week he would finally be successful in finding his way back onto Route 29, but this would see him come out pretty much right back where he first got lost in the first place. He was back where he started, but at least he wasn’t lost anymore.

Rather than pushing on to Cherrygrove without supplies Lucius would simply head back toward New Bark Town, where he would ask Mom for further assistance. Geared-up with another couple of boxed lunches and having been able to bath and nap, he would once again be ushered out of the house and sent on his way. Finally back on-track as of the morning of October 25th he followed Route 29 safely to Cherrygrove City. Lucius had a case of “once-bitten, twice-shy” when it came to travelling in this land though, so he would maintain a very relaxed pace. Both he and Falinks rested frequently and made camp early each night. Despite this weather would turn inclement during his commute and, by the morning of the 31st when Lucius arrived in Cherrygrove, he would be properly pooped.

October 30th to November 5th:
Despite the intention to take things easy, the weather would turn inclement during his commute and, by the morning of the 31st when Lucius arrived in Cherrygrove, he would be properly pooped. His arrival in the town would allow him to meet his fellow new arrival, Ryou Bakura, face-to-face after almost a month more delay than he’d intended, but would also put him in a position to engage with the actual conveyance to the Halloween Festivities. After the terrifying experience of riding on the back of a Corviknight Lucius would arrive at Reigfried and Soy’s Castle for the Halloween Spooktacular. The evening’s event would give him the chance to make face-to-face meetings with several of the people he’d previously talked to on the network but would also provide him the much-needed chance to take a proper Roman-style bath. Rested, replenished, and recuperated, Lucius would spend the rest of of Halloween enjoying the foods and games before taking the horrifying return-trip needed to return to Cherrygrove. The rest of the week would be spent enjoying the amenities of the town and getting familiar with the area.

The chance to actually take his time someplace served Lucius very well. His experience at the baths in Reigfried and Soy’s Castle was quite rejuvenating as well as inspiring, and the presence of a mud spa within Cherrygrove was the perfect follow-up. Both taking the time to immerse himself in, and also find employment at, the town’s mud spa was quite beneficial towards Lucius’ ability to put himself at ease, but didn’t do much for his Falinks. Primus, as Lucius had begun to refer to him by, would instead be taken for long hikes and run through various drills used by the Roman Legion to sharpen his skills. This would only go so far, though, as the practice consistently brought attention to the fact that such exercises were meant for groups to undertake. He would need to obtain more Falinks if he wanted to be able to run them effectively in the future.

Another week in Cherrygrove gave Lucius the opportunity to better familiarize himself with the building practices and technologies available to him in the Pokémon world, as well as give the chance to build up a better stockpile of resources. With a goodly amount of money starting to accumulate in his pocket he was left only with the challenge of coming-to-grips with the bizarre concept of electronic oddities brought to bear by the his new surroundings. Falinks would continue to drill and train, as well as go for outdoor excursions wherever the weather allowed and the pair would grow increasingly comfortable with one another.

Almost a month in one place, particularly one so calm and restful, had been a great help in allowing Lucius to get used to his surroundings, but with a whole world out there to see it seemed the time was nearing for him to get on the road once again. Finishing up the remaining work he had for the Cherrygrove Spa he would gather his supplies to depart at the week’s-end. What should have been a straightforward departure ended up being quite chaotic, with him getting whisked to a variety of places that didn’t seem to belong in the Pokémon world instead of simply being able to get on the road. After a bizarre weekend of being spirited across the land the strangeness seems to come to an end with Lucius finding himself at the entrance of a new town. Seemingly having completely skipped the town of Violet, the old-fashioned and traditionally-focused Ecruteak seemed to have pushed itself to the forefront to be his new home. Picking up work for himself as a builder for the Temple’s extensive reconstruction project meant that he’d secured a decent wage and lodgings in one fell swoop, but also meant working hard manual labor in freezing temperatures.

Alien as his situation is the chance to engage with architecture and construction again is undeniably nice, and the accommodations are similar to those he enjoyed at the waystation in his previous visits to the other world, so he finds himself relaxed enough to simply put his head down and focus on work. The cold irritates his skin though, so he finds himself routinely applying lotions and oil to prevent chapping.

With time off for the holiday just around the corner, the only thing left for him to do was to track down some presents for his little friends.

Spending the week remainder of the week celebrating with Marik and those of his construction coworkers who feel inclined to celebrate the season, Lucius would get to enjoy a semblance of the Roman Holiday despite the alien surroundings he now called home.

With Saturnalia having finished on the 23rd the next week would begin with the "Dies Natalis Solis Invicti" or, the “Birth of the Invincible Sun”. Celebrating the end of the darkness and the beginning of the day growing longer again, Lucius would enjoy the weekend of festivities and prepare himself for returning to work for the week leading in to the new year.
